PREFERRED MEMBER PLAN INCLUDES:

  • Clean condensation line-flush -test
  • Run test in a/c and heat modes
  • Check supply and Return temperatures
  • Check thermostat
  • Check amp draw on motors and systems
  • Check Electrical connections and controls
  • Verify all components meet Manufacturers specifications
  • Inspect blower wheel for cleanliness and balance
  • Wipe down housing and cabinets
  • Blower Removal if necessary would be additional
  • Visually inspect indoor evaporator coil where possible for condition and cleanliness.
  • Install airflow test ports and verify proper airflow and static pressure per manufacturers specifications
  • Verify proper refrigerant charge
  • Visual inspection of all supply and return registers,ductwork,leakcheck @ equipment connections
  • Test safety components including drain safety if present
  • Clean all debris from outdoor condenser and water rinse outdoor coil.
  • Inspect refrigerant line insulation where possible
  • Replace or clean air filters
  • (filters are additional)
